​Like so many individuals in their twenties, I thought staying healthy was about eating your "five a day", managing your weight/staying slim and keeping junk food to a minimum. Just like so many other women around me, I would get painful periods and be on an emotional rollercoaster throughout the month. I suffered really badly with energy levels, I would be tired when I woke up in the morning after a full night's sleep and often needed an afternoon nap - in my twenties!

Life carried on like this well into my 30's and I thought this was just normal. I had a busy life as a primary teacher, I made sure I exercised regularly and I thought I had a good diet.

In my mid thirties, I had trouble conceiving. Having wanted to start a family for so long, it was devastating when we ran into difficulties. Eventually, I was told I would only conceive via IVF. But, this was the start of a new journey for me.

Hi, I'm Becky

After studying with some of the leading figures in holistic medicine, I graduated at the College of Naturopathic Medicine with a Diploma in Health Coaching. After a year of working as a Health Coach, I gained Advanced Hormone Health Practitioner status with the world renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

My difficult experience with conceiving, coupled with my own hormonal struggles and battle with energy levels led me to become passionate about supporting women on their own hormonal health journeys. From fertility to stress management and energy levels to menstrual health.

I now have two children, both conceived naturally, I have completely healed my hormonal imbalances and have consistent daily energy levels. All this came from lifestyle changes and fuelling my body correctly.
